We contributed to the management and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>strategy of the Serve with Excellence and Result\u00a0<\/span><\/span>SERNissan<\/span><\/span>\u00a0program for Chile, Argentina, and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Peru.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>SERNissan<\/span><\/span>\u00a0is the program responsible for\u00a0<\/span><\/span>setting the standard of quality and service to\u00a0<\/span><\/span>positively impact the Nissan customer\u00a0<\/span><\/span>experience. We work by creating tools,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>developing stakeholders, and fostering\u00a0<\/span><\/span>relationships to achieve the best outcome for\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the customer.<\/span><\/span>\u200b<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Training\u00a0<\/span><\/span>and<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Development<\/span><\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/h3>\n

We contributed to the development of the pilot\u00a0<\/span><\/span>program responsible for training the first class of\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Nissan Ambassadors. The Nissan Ambassador training\u00a0<\/span><\/span>program selected Sales Consultants and developed\u00a0<\/span><\/span>their skills to achieve excellence in both customer\u00a0<\/span><\/span>service and internal dealership operations. The skills\u00a0<\/span><\/span>developed and the training concept were aligned\u00a0<\/span><\/span>with the Nissan brand DNA. The training is now part\u00a0<\/span><\/span>of the official training track at the Nissan Training\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Academy.
