We developed a comprehensive Emotional Intelligence\u00a0<\/span>training journey for employees, consisting of 3 stages:<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\n

  • Continuity Dive <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The program consisted of 8 groups\u00a0<\/span>comprising different units and functions and received an\u00a0<\/span>average rating of 9.7 out of 10. The journey was\u00a0<\/span>developed using active and socio-emotional\u00a0<\/span>methodology, which not only included content but also\u00a0<\/span>provided experiences for competency development<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    Strategic Planning<\/span><\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/h3>\n

     <\/p>\n

    We developed and conducted the Strategic Planning\u00a0<\/span><\/span>aimed at defining the strategy for a project involving the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>entire\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Sebrae<\/span><\/span>. We used our people-centered\u00a0<\/span><\/span>methodology to design a Strategic Planning that served\u00a0<\/span><\/span>both to define the strategy and to articulate and engage\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the people involved in its execution.<\/span><\/span>\u200b<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    Improvement Mapping<\/span><\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/h3>\n

    We designed and facilitated workshops to gather\u00a0<\/span><\/span>insights and suggestions for improving the organization’s\u00a0<\/span><\/span>work environment. The project involved the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>participation of all employees. The information was\u00a0<\/span><\/span>compiled and organized to facilitate use and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>implementation by the management.<\/span><\/span>\u200b<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    Performance Management<\/span><\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/h3>\n

     <\/p>\n

    We designed the strategy and conducted the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Performance Management Cycle, which culminated in\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the performance evaluation of all employees in the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>organization. The project included designing the Cycle\u00a0<\/span><\/span>strategy, constant communication with the entire\u00a0<\/span><\/span>organization, mentoring managers, and ultimately\u00a0<\/span><\/span>supporting employee evaluations. Transparency,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>alignment of individual performance with the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>organization’s strategic objectives, and balance were the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>guiding pillars of the performance evaluation process.<\/span><\/span>\u200b<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    Learning Path Design<\/span><\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/h3>\n

    We developed a communication and learning strategy\u00a0<\/span><\/span>for SEBRA INOVA, the annual event focused on\u00a0<\/span><\/span>educating the entrepreneurial audience. We created a\u00a0<\/span><\/span>path of experiences and learning to engage the minds\u00a0<\/span><\/span>and hearts of the participants.
