Team Building

We developed and facilitated a Team Building session for the International Committee of the Red Cross, at the opening of the Annual Meeting of HR Leaders of the Americas. The event included participants from 9 different nationalities and integrated strategic and human elements. We built an exclusive tool for the event, allowing each leader to share their visions and challenges, gathering insights for the construction of their strategies. The meeting was held in person, conducted in English.​​
