Leadership Development​

We developed and conducted a leadership development program for the organization. We presented selected content, tools, and dynamics to positively impact the daily lives of both leaders and team members. The leadership development methodology was designed to engage the minds and hearts of the participants. In addition to workshops, groups were formed to lead sprint-paced projects aimed at transforming the organization throughout the development journey.​
