Customer Excellence Program

 

We contributed to the management and strategy of the Serve with Excellence and Result SERNissan program for Chile, Argentina, and Peru. SERNissan is the program responsible for setting the standard of quality and service to positively impact the Nissan customer experience. We work by creating tools, developing stakeholders, and fostering relationships to achieve the best outcome for the customer.

Training and Development

 

We contributed to the development of the pilot program responsible for training the first class of Nissan Ambassadors. The Nissan Ambassador training program selected Sales Consultants and developed their skills to achieve excellence in both customer service and internal dealership operations. The skills developed and the training concept were aligned with the Nissan brand DNA. The training is now part of the official training track at the Nissan Training Academy. The program was delivered in a hybrid format, with both in-person and online sessions.
