We developed a comprehensive Emotional Intelligence training journey for employees, consisting of 3 stages:
The program consisted of 8 groups comprising different units and functions and received an average rating of 9.7 out of 10. The journey was developed using active and socio-emotional methodology, which not only included content but also provided experiences for competency development
We developed and conducted the Strategic Planning aimed at defining the strategy for a project involving the entire Sebrae. We used our people-centered methodology to design a Strategic Planning that served both to define the strategy and to articulate and engage the people involved in its execution.
We designed and facilitated workshops to gather insights and suggestions for improving the organization’s work environment. The project involved the participation of all employees. The information was compiled and organized to facilitate use and implementation by the management.
We designed the strategy and conducted the Performance Management Cycle, which culminated in the performance evaluation of all employees in the organization. The project included designing the Cycle strategy, constant communication with the entire organization, mentoring managers, and ultimately supporting employee evaluations. Transparency, alignment of individual performance with the organization’s strategic objectives, and balance were the guiding pillars of the performance evaluation process.
We developed a communication and learning strategy for SEBRA INOVA, the annual event focused on educating the entrepreneurial audience. We created a path of experiences and learning to engage the minds and hearts of the participants. The event had over 11,000 participants.
