Team Building​

Developed a team with the aim of facilitating communication among team members through the sharing of experiences and viewpoints. We used a humanistic methodology, built activities that fostered intellectual exchange, and facilitated emotional connection among the teams. The goal is to discover the best ways of working, respecting individual preferences while increasing empathy within the team.​
