Facilitation of the Executive Board Meeting
We facilitated an Executive Board meeting, fostering dialogue and organizing the flow of activities. We created a special tool for the meeting, used to maintain clarity in discussions and consolidate strategic decisions for the next steps.
Training and Development
We created content and facilitated an exclusive training for Wizzity, the corporate university of Wiz. We also designed activities and tools to facilitate engagement and participation of Wiz employees. The training was conducted online.
